Because of a controversial own collective agreement, the subsidiary is much cheaper. But now the 60 people fed up. Yildirgan now complains. "The overtime will be billed incorrectly. Actually, we have 169.4 hours per month, overtime pay for the company but only from 173 hours. "But that's just one problem. "The working conditions are getting worse. The services will be longer lasting, it is ten, twelve hours on the road. There are also dilapidated buses. "
That Yildirgan gets 1751 euros gross per month. In Rheinbahn salaried colleagues already getting young professionals as 1940 Euro. Since there are no salary increases in Maassen, increases the difference after a few years to nearly 1,000. "Only then we can play at the level of private competition and win tenders," said Rheinbahn spokesman Georg Schumacher.
